1Definitions & Scope of Application

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the vk85n website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 gives a bonus of up to ৳15,000, making the total ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement does not apply to the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

5Gaming Policy & Fair Play Rules

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

5.3 Technical Errors

vk85n is not responsible for losses caused by server outages, internet disconnections, or other technical errors. In such situations, affected games may be cancelled or replayed, and placed bets will be refunded.

6VIP Program & Rewards Policy

vk85n's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Silver — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and playing patterns on the platform. We reserve the right to change the VIP program terms, cashback rates, or tier structure at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to active accounts.

7User Code of Conduct

All users must follow the code of conduct below while using the platform:
